How It Works
- Call or Text to set up appointments at (805) 746-9598.
- I travel to your home, office, or location of your convenience.  
- You will need an acceptable photo identification (drivers license, passport...see below)

RATES
TOTAL RATE = Notarization Fees + Travel Fees + Printing Fees (if applicable)

Notarization Fees

• Loan Package Signings - *variable, call for quote
• Acknowledgements - $15. per signature 
• Jurats -                           $15. per signature 
• Oaths/Affirmations -  $15.
• Certification of Copy (POA's only) - $15.  
• Administering Oath to Witness - $7. 
• Certificate to the Deposition - $7.​ 

​*Pricing for Real Estate Loan Package Signings will be agreed upon prior to acceptance of the assignment. Rates will be based on size of document, number of signers, printing, distance traveled, scan backs, time of day and "RUSH" factor.
  

Travel Fees 

Servicing the following cities:

$30. week days,

additional $30. to travel fees above for the following cities:

• Fillmore, Port Hueneme, Camarillo, Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village

Printing Fees -
$10. for 1-25 pages, then $5. per every 25 page increment after that

Acceptable Photo ID's - California requires one of the following documents to identify the signer. The document must be current (not temporary) or issued within the last five years. ID's must include photo, physical description of person, signature, and identifying number.

• a drivers license or identification card issued by the CA Department of Motor Vehicles
• a drivers license issued by another US State 
• a drivers license issued by Canada or Mexico by a public agency authorized to issue drivers licenses
• a US Passport
• a valid consular identification document issued by the applicants country of citizenship
• a US Military Identification card
• a employee identification card issued by the State of CA, or County or City in CA
• an ID card from federally recognized Tribal Government ID 
• an inmate identification card issued by the CA Dept. of Corrections or Sheriff's Dept (while in custody)​
